This might seem like a simple question, but there isn't really a one fee fits all answer as I like to asses each job on a site by site basis. I offer an initial consultation free of charge (within 45 minutes of Aylesbury), this benefits both parties as it allows clients to meet me in person and get a feel for who I am and how I work, but it also allows me to get a more in depth feel for what the client is trying to achieve which allows me to put together an accurate fee quotation.
Once the application is registered with the local authority the application should be determined in 8 weeks, An extension of time may be requested by the local authority. Please note, a planning approval is not guaranteed.

Once you have a planning approval in place you will need to ensure your scheme complies with the building regulations. There are 2 routes to building regulations approval, Full plans or a building notice, further information can be found here...
